About The Vault

We are a rhythm based studio offering classes seven days a week. We have 30, 45 and 60 minute cycling classes and BUILD, our 30 minute strength training classes. These off-the-bike sessions incorporate dumbbells and compound movements, aimed primarily at building strength and muscle, with the added benefit of increasing fat burn. Pairing these two classes together creates a well-rounded and effective fitness routine.
